Shipping Information

1. Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

All our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it typically takes 3–7 business days to produce your item before it ships.

After production, shipping within the United States usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that production and shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

At checkout, our website lists the expected number of days in transit for each shipping service based on your address. This is for the transit time only, it does not account for time before your order leaves our fulfillment warehouse. This means that order pickup day is not included in the transit time. While the days listed are correct in most cases, they are only estimates and not guarantees.  

Transit time for international orders varies based on the destination and shipping method selected. We always offer both an economy shipping option and an expedited shipping option for international orders.

2. International Shipping (Only Canada)

We currently ship exclusively to Canada. All orders ship from the United States for a flat rate of $20 USD. Please note that because orders are imported into Canada, customers are fully responsible for paying any additional duties, customs fees, or import taxes charged by Canadian authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

For domestic orders, rates start at $5.65 for our standard shipping method regardless of delivery location, number of items, etc. These orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days after processing. We also offer expedited options. The cost of these options varies based on shipping method selected, location, and weight.

If there is a shipping service that cannot deliver to your address, please contact us so that we can ensure it is sent by a different service provider.

Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders with a subtotal of $100 or more after discounts, gift cards, etc are applied. During sale periods, the free shipping offer is subject to change. 

Customers placing international orders are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are resulting from their international shipment. We offer international customers the option of pre-paying duties and taxes at the time of purchase or paying duties and taxes to their local carrier at the time of, or just prior to, delivery.

You can get an accurate quote by stepping through the checkout process and entering your shipping address.

4.  Order Cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

6. Custom / Duty Fees / Remittance Fee

Customs fees and Sale tax are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

However, we will happily replace or refund your order if:

• The item you received is defective or damaged, or

• You received a different product than what you ordered.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@baseball-heaven.com with:

• Your order number,

• A short description of the issue, and

• Clear photos showing the problem.

We’ll review your case and make it right as quickly as possible.

8. Wrong Address / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it’s unclaimed by the customer, it can be re-shipped to you once the additional shipping cost is paid.

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays. If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Note

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.

In case of any question and unexpected delay you can always contact with our customer service.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.
